Return Policy
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to return unused products in their original packaging. Custom-made products (e.g., curtains sewn to size) cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Costs
Returns are free of charge for all EU countries and the United Kingdom.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Packaging Requirements
Please return products in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transport.
How to Return
- Fill out the return form below.
- After completing and submitting the form, you will receive an email with a return label attached.
- Remove any previous barcodes or labels from the packaging.
- Print the label you received in the email and stick it on the package, write the order number on the box.
- Deliver the package to a DHL service point.
