Return form

  1. Fill out the return form below.
  2. Once you have completed and submitted the form, you will receive an email with the DHL return label attached.
  3. Remove any previous barcodes or labels from the packaging.
  4. Print the label you received in the email and stick it on the package.
  5. Write the order number on the box.
  6. Deliver your package to the DHL office.
